Meet Devin

Nittany Balloons was established in 2010. We are located in the heart of downtown State College, Pennsylvania (same building as Sweet Tooth Bakery).

 I became a balloon artist because I found the joy in turning a simple long party balloon into an art piece. While I kept on learning new designs and techniques. I enjoy making people smile with the balloons and watching their reactions when they see a balloon transform into an animal or object in that. moment. This also transfers to helping someone decorate their special event. Making people happy is always something I strive to do.

I have been learning how to do balloon twisting since I was 9 years old. From 2006-2009, Cheri (my mom)  and I took classes at a week-long event called Balloon Camp in Las Vegas. They learned how to make decorations and special design sculptures from world class balloon artists. In 2019, my mom and I became certified balloon artists and were awarded the designation of CBA. There are about 1,100 certified balloon artists in the United States.

Nittany Balloons has worked with a variety of familiar names such as:  Penn State, Planet Fitness, KPMG, Petco, PSECU, Walmart, and many more!
